When I worked as a Jr. Designer at MWW they asked our design team to come up with ideas to re-design and refresh the old website. The CEO wanted the site to be more vibrant and fun! We all showcased our ideas and the CEO selected mine (which is below). The full development of the site its still in the works but the homepage you see in their current site is based on my design ideas.
